Will was great, this was our initial visit and Will was even early. Highly recommend!

Just finished a round of treatments for American and German cockroaches with Jack and he's done an incredible job! I haven't seen a single bug! He was very helpful, great attention to detail, dependable, and had no problem working around our 3 dogs. The peace of mind it's given me knowing those critters are no longer crawling around my kitchen really cannot be overstated, we sincerely appreciate Jacks help!

Robert was friendly and informative!

We had an issue with American Roaches coming in from outside and once the Bug Man seen what kind of roaches we were having issues with they came up with a plan and extricated them. No more roaches or bugs coming in or outside.

We have used The Bug Man for several years for mosquito treatment. The service techs are great to work with and do an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Robert with The Bug Man goes above and beyond excellent service. At every visit, he listens to my concerns and develops a plan. He is friendly, pleasant, and thorough. My dogs love him. I call him the dog whisperer. He is also mindful of our bee hives and careful not to cause harm.

I had a problem with yellow jackets having an in ground nest to my carport & they came right out to address the area & kill these aggressive stingers.They also did my regular bug & spider total house treatment that I get every three months.They are always very professional & knowledgeable.

We have had termite treatments and yearly inspections since we first moved to Rutherford County in 2008. We also have the quarterly service for keeping bug, spiders and wasps, etc. out of our house and garage. I rarely see any bugs or spiders in our house but occasionally in the garage I see one. Maybe if the garage wasn't crammed full it would help. . Anyway after our move in 2024 we've had termite treatment to the new house because the builder was lazy and just put out a few ground containers with sticks of wood! The poor technician who came was here a really long time especially drilling the concrete porch in back! He said the concrete was at least 20" deep! At any rate he did it all without complaining and did a great job! We wouldn't ever use another pest control company!
